Heavy rainfall expected in western and eastern Japan due to the impact of typhoon systems.

Lokmani Rijal, Japan : Due to the impact of an active typhoon over eastern China, extremely heavy rainfall is expected in both western and eastern Japan, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
The agency stated that the typhoon is approaching the Kyushu region and is expected to come close by July 14. Another developing tropical storm near the Ogasawara Islands intensified into the fifth typhoon of the season at 3 a.m. yesterday. This storm is likely to affect eastern and northern Japan.
Warm and moist air flowing in from the south is rapidly forming rain clouds over southern Kyushu, the agency reported. As the typhoon approaches the region by July 14, heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder is expected, particularly in areas like Amami in Kagoshima Prefecture on July 13.
The Meteorological Agency forecasts heavy rain in western Japan until July 14 and in Pacific coastal areas of eastern Japan until July 15. Authorities have urged the public to remain alert to the risks of landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, and rising river levels.
