Dipesh Shrestha , Nepal : Dr. Raksha Kumar Rai (Abhiyan) was born on Tuesday, Kartik 9, 2045 B.S. (October 25, 1988 A.D.). He is the youngest son of father Ram Bahadur Rai and mother Chandra Devi Rai. He hails from Dorasa, Ward No. 6 of the former Chhinamkhu VDC in Bhojpur District, which now falls under Ward No. 2 of Temkemaiyum Rural Municipality.

Dedicated to the welfare of society and the nation, Dr. Rai has been actively involved in social service as the Central  Secretary of Samyukta Aawaj Parivartan Samaj since 2078 B.S. (2021 A.D.). Politically active since 2059 B.S. (2002 A.D.), he ran as a candidate for Member of the parliament member parliament candidates \ member from Kathmandu Constituency No. 3 in the 2082/83 B.S. general election.

In his hometown and district, he has contributed through Shito-Ryu Karate and English language training for 3 to 4 years. He is also a published author of several books including The New Alien British English Language, Alien Advanced English Grammar, and Alien English Grammar.

Dr. Rai has broken and set 11 world records across various categories, including records recognized by the Guinness World Records and other prestigious global record organizations. Notably, he became the youngest person in the world to receive six honorary Doctorate PhDs in different disciplines by the age of 36.

His honorary Doctorates (PhDs) are as follows:

1.  Multiple World Records Research – Webbic University, Ghana
2. Management (Commerce) – Webbic University, Ghana
3. Martial Arts – Hessen International University, Germany
4. Creative Book Writing – Hessen International University, Germany
5. Sociology – Cambridge University, USA
6. Political Science – Cuneo University, Italy

He has also completed final research in the field of Geology and is working on obtaining a seventh Doctorate from a globally renowned university.

Dr. Rai is not only the first Nepali youth to achieve such feats at a young age but has also amazed the world through his accomplishments in various fields. He is a social worker, author, Shito-Ryu Karate black belt (4th Dan), international referee and coach.

His remarkable achievements have brought pride, dignity, and honor to all Nepalese and are etched in golden letters in the history of the nation. He is currently the Brand Ambassador of OMG Book of World Records, Coordinator of Universal Records Forum, and Exclusive Book of World Records.

Beyond his own accomplishments, Dr. Rai has played a vital role in helping many talented Nepalese achieve world records and obtain honorary doctorate titles through collaboration with world-renowned universities.
