KATHMANDU — Samaritan’s Purse, a US-based Christian humanitarian organisation, has airlifted more than 40 tonnes of emergency relief supplies to Nepal as communities continue to struggle with the devastating impact of recent floods. The organisation’s Boeing 767 cargo aircraft landed in Kathmandu on September 2, carrying tarpaulins, blankets, solar lights, hygiene kits, household water filters and other essential supplies.
